I just received my clearance today from Dr. Steven Zeitels and Dr. Daniel Deems, baby, to start talk. I already feel like a new man in that I can echo some words after 3 ½ weeks. I am so proud that I was able to follow the doctor’s orders and not utter a single word since my surgery on Dec. 18th. And most of all, I am so excited to know after my re-evaluation, that it was a non-cancerous lesion that was removed. But obviously I have to continue to be monitored by Dr. Zeitels. I am going to start my rehab period now and according to Dr. Zeitels I can start to work beginning Feb. 1 utilizing my throat in a broadcasting way. Needless to say, my whole family and I are thrilled.
