It was great being in Milwaukee for the Connecticut/Marquette matchup.
I started the day with a booksigning at the campus bookstore.
We had a great showing of students and fans and it was terrific talking
to them. Everyone was fired up for the big game that night and what a
game it turned out to be! It was a heated contest with Conneticut
sneaking out the victory. They are now my choice as #1 in the nation.

I was in Louisville for a speaking engagement for the Catholic
Education Foundation and arrived a few hours before the event started
to do a booksigning at the University of Louisvlle bookstore. It was a
great turnout and I had a blast talking to all the Louisville fans and
students.
After the signing, my wife and I headed to the Catholic Education
Foundation event in which I was the guest speaker. Phil McHugh and
Rosemary Smith of the Foundation put togather an incredible night with
over 1,800 people in attendance.
Most Reverend Joseph Kurtz (Archbishop of Louisville) and former NBA
and Louisville All-American, Junior Bridgeman, were Honorary Chairmen
for the event. It was a super night and I was glad to be a part of it.

It is always a thrill to be a part of the Duke/Carolina matchups. It is
one of the best rivalries in sports, full of passion, emotion and
spirit. This years matchup didn't disappoint. Duke took the lead at
half but North Carolina proved too strong in the second half. The Heels
Ty Lawson was sensational and was unstoppable at the end of the game.

What a thrill I had at my first visit to Davidson College. I was so
impressed with the campus and the student body. I had a blast! The game
certainly didn't disappoint either. Davidson had a 27 game home win
streak and 43 straight Southern Conference regular season wins until
Bobby Cremins and Charleston walked away with the victory.

I was fortunate enough to be able to attend the Steelers vs. Cardinals match-up at the Super Bowl in Tampa.
It was one of the most exciting and thrilling football games I have
ever witnessed. Both teams fought their hardest and left everything
they had out on the field. Ben Roethlisberger was sensational in
marching his team down the field with under two minutes to score the
winning touchdown. Hats off to both teams for a remarkable performance
under such a pressure situation.
