I had the pleasure of being the guest speaker today for Frito Lay in Chicago at the Rosemont Hotel.  The convention had over 1,000 people from the Frito Lay sales force in attendance.  I loved being able to share my thoughts and ideas on motivation and success.  My wife and I truly enjoyed meeting and talking with the wonderful people at the conference.  I can’t thank Frito Lay marketing executives, Steve Llewellyn, (a former defense tackle with the Universty of Texas) , and Haston Lewis enough.  The conference was first class and I loved being a part of the Frito Lay team!
